Empower Every Telecom Base Station with Smarter Energy

Achieve Integrate AC/DC Monitoring, Predictive Control, and Optimized Efficiency Across Your Network.

Industry Challenges
& Solution Overview

Against the backdrop of expanding 5G service scale and continuously rising power consumption at base stations, communication sites must simultaneously meet multi-dimensional requirements such as "sub-item metering, differentiated backup power strategies, device-level power on/off control, generator/mains switching, and air conditioning & battery supervision." Based on an "integrated AC + DC intelligent power distribution" architecture, this solution aggregates site energy usage and operational status into a management platform via modular metering and control components (AC metering/control, DC metering/control, communication gateway). It enables refined energy consumption management and control, remote operation and maintenance (O&M), and energy-saving optimization at both site and device levels, supporting large-scale deployment and standardized O&M.

Sensing Layer

Deploy metering and status acquisition at key nodes on both AC and DC sides to achieve real-time visualization of site energy usage and operational status.

• AC Side: Acquisition of voltage, current, energy, etc., supporting time-of-use billing/freeze, event logging, with optional online supervision of air conditioner power consumption.

• DC Side: Acquisition of voltage, current, power, and energy, supporting total and branch energy statistics, covering feeder loop and branch circuit collection.

• Battery Side: Monitoring of cell voltage, internal resistance, temperature, SOC/SOH, and battery pack voltage/current, with multi-level alarms and historical statistics.

Control Layer

Establishes an actionable control loop centered on "Mains/Generator Switching + Backup Strategy + Device-level Power On/Off."

AC Side: Supports automatic switching between mains and generator, remote control, and auto-reclosing, with protection capabilities against over/under-voltage, phase loss, imbalance, overload, and short circuit.

DC Side: Supports scheduled branch circuit on/off, configurable backup duration/capacity, independent setting of backup power on/off voltages; supports backup and shutdown by sector, enabling hierarchical management of important/secondary loads (primary/secondary shutdown).

Device Control: Supports remote opening/closing, locking/unlocking, and status feedback for circuit breakers, facilitating device-level power on/off and operational status (ON/OFF/LOCK) management.

Platform Layer

Aggregates site data to the platform via communication gateways/modules for centralized management and intelligent O&M.

Unified Monitoring: Centralized display of mains/generator, air conditioner, battery, branch circuit metering, and switch statuses.

Alert System: Multi-level alarms with SMS/email notifications, historical alarm statistical analysis, and data export.

Analysis & Energy Saving: Energy usage statistics and multi-dimensional analysis to help identify anomalies and energy-saving potential; timely air conditioner fault alerts for coordinated maintenance scheduling and repair verification.

Rapid Deployment: Modular design combined with prefabricated cables (e.g., Modbus branch/bus cables, RJ12 prefab cables) increases installation efficiency and reduces wiring error rates.
